Welcome to Wireless Mic to Speaker ("the App"), developed by Mr Jembeen ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all users of the App.

2. Description of Service

Wireless Mic to Speaker is a mobile application that transforms your Android device into a wireless microphone. The App allows you to stream your voice to Bluetooth speakers, earphones, or wired headphones with low latency. Additional features include audio recording, music playback, and equalizer functionality.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Premium Plans: The App offers premium subscription plans (Weekly and Monthly) and a one-time Lifetime purchase. Subscription details, including pricing and billing periods, are displayed within the App and are fetched dynamically from Google Play.

3.2 Billing: Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

3.3 Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

3.4 Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time through your Google Play Store account settings (Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions). Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current paid period.

3.5 Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Google Play in accordance with their refund policy.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on or restrict the use and enjoyment of the App by any third party. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Permissions

The App requires certain device permissions to function properly, including but not limited to:

  • Microphone: Required to capture audio for the core mic-to-speaker functionality.
  • Bluetooth: Required to connect to wireless speakers and audio devices.
  • Storage: Required to save and access audio recordings.
  • Notifications: Used to display recording status and playback controls.

These permissions are used solely for the App's core functionality as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to design, graphics, text, and software, are the exclusive property of Mr Jembeen and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the App without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Audio quality and latency may vary depending on your device hardware and Bluetooth connection.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mr Jembeen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or damage to equipment.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
