Welcome to CarPlay App ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our app.

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using our app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy.

2. Premium Subscriptions & In-App Purchases CarPlay App offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions (Monthly, Yearly) and one-time purchases (Lifetime).

  • Payment: Payment will be charged to your Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off or canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Account Management: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time by going to your Google Play Store Account Settings after purchase.
  • No Refunds: All payments are final, and we do not offer refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, except as required by applicable law.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities You agree not to use the app for any unlawful or prohibited activities. You shall not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the application or bypass the subscription payment walls.

4. Intellectual Property All content, features, and functionality of the app, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, and logos, are the exclusive property of CarPlay App and are protected by international copyright laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure.

6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarPlay App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the application.

7. Changes to the Terms of Service We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms within the app or on our website. Your continued use of the app constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
